A full interior gut to the studs. All new layout, utilities, finishes and everything in between. This house was built in the early 1900’s and still has knob and tube wiring in many places. Having everything demoed to the studs allowed us to redesign the layout of the house, adding an additional bedroom and enlarging the bathroom. The end product produced a classic modern design.
